The rooms are laid out over 3 floors. The ground floor has one room and a bathroom, a wine cellar, and a lounge with a pool table. On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room decorated with many vintage details that add to the charm of the villa.  Also on this floor, there is one toilet.

On the top floor are three more rooms and two bathrooms. In Stancija, there is also one apartment with a room and a bathroom. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Istrian landscape from the terraces on the first and second floors. Not only that but there is also a private pool and a well-equipped summer kitchen. Choose one of the lounges and enjoy the warm, summer days.

Stancia Vigini is fully child-friendly. Pets are welcome as well. It is fully air-conditioned and has central heating throughout the house. Across 20,000 m2 of land covered with centuries-old forest and hilly pathways, it is difficult to find a spot unworthy of your admiration.
